Handling your booking information
Information we collect and how we use it
Momiji Biyori is operated by Suita Biyori. When you book, we ask for your name, email address and telephone number. For inquiries, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. Providing a telephone number or booking reference with an inquiry is optional.
We use this information to manage bookings, provide services, let you know about changes or cancellations, process payments and refunds, answer inquiries and prevent misuse. We ask for your separate consent before sending marketing communications or publishing photographs.
Payments, information sharing and storage
Payments are completed through Stripe. This website does not store card numbers.
We share booking information with the people delivering your activity only to the extent needed. Providers handling tasks such as payments and email also process the information needed for those tasks. Except where permitted by law, we do not share your information with third parties for unrelated purposes.
Access controls and encrypted connections help protect the information entrusted to us. We delete information appropriately once the period needed for its purpose and any legally required retention period have passed.
Accessing your booking and using cookies
To access your booking, we send a six-digit verification code to your registered email address. The code is valid for five minutes and can be used once. After verification, you can remain signed in for up to two hours.
Essential cookies support authentication in the booking and administration screens and help protect forms against misuse. Displaying externally hosted videos or embedded content in our news pages also connects to the relevant provider.
If you use a shared device, please sign out when you have finished to help keep your information private.
Questions and requests about your information
If you would like to request access to, correction of, restriction of use of, or deletion of your information, please contact us through the inquiry form. After verifying your identity, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.
For your security, please leave card numbers, passwords and other confidential credentials out of the form.

お預かりする情報と利用目的
「今日は、紅葉日和」は、吹田日和が運営しています。ご予約の際には、お名前・メールアドレス・電話番号をご入力いただいております。お問い合わせの際には、お名前・メールアドレス・件名・お問い合わせ内容をお預かりし、電話番号・予約番号は任意でご入力いただけます。
お預かりした情報は、予約管理、サービスの提供、開催内容の変更や中止のご連絡、決済・返金、お問い合わせへの回答、不正利用の防止のために利用いたします。広告の配信や写真の公開については、別途ご同意を確認いたします。
決済・情報の共有・保管について
お支払いはStripeの決済画面でお手続きいただきます。当サイトではカード番号を保存しておりません。
体験の実施に必要な予約情報は、必要な範囲に限り担当者と共有いたします。また、決済やメール送信などの業務を委託する際は、委託先がその業務に必要な情報を取り扱います。法令に基づく場合などを除き、ご案内した目的以外で第三者に情報を提供することはありません。
お預かりした情報は、アクセス権限の管理や通信の暗号化などにより保護いたします。利用目的に必要な期間および法令で定められた保存期間を経過した情報は、適切に削除いたします。
予約の確認とCookieについて
予約の確認時には、ご登録のメールアドレスへ6桁の確認コードをお送りいたします。確認コードの有効期間は5分間で、1回ご利用いただけます。本人確認後は、最長2時間ログイン状態が続きます。
予約・管理画面での本人確認やフォームの不正送信の防止のため、必要なCookieを使用しています。また、ニュースに掲載した外部の動画や埋め込みコンテンツを表示する際は、その提供元との通信が発生します。
共有の端末をご利用の場合は、お客様の情報を保護するため、ご確認後のログアウトにご協力をお願いいたします。
個人情報に関するご相談・お手続き
ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除などをご希望の場合は、お問い合わせフォームよりご相談ください。ご本人であることを確認のうえ、法令に従って対応いたします。
安全のため、カード番号やパスワードなどの機密情報はフォームにご記入にならないようお願いいたします。
