Information we collect and how we use it
Momiji Biyori is operated by Suita Biyori. When you book, we ask for your name, email address and telephone number. For inquiries, we collect your name, email address, subject and message. Providing a telephone number or booking reference with an inquiry is optional.
We use this information to manage bookings, provide services, let you know about changes or cancellations, process payments and refunds, answer inquiries and prevent misuse. We ask for your separate consent before sending marketing communications or publishing photographs.
Payments, information sharing and storage
Payments are completed through Stripe. This website does not store card numbers.
We share booking information with the people delivering your activity only to the extent needed. Providers handling tasks such as payments and email also process the information needed for those tasks. Except where permitted by law, we do not share your information with third parties for unrelated purposes.
Access controls and encrypted connections help protect the information entrusted to us. We delete information appropriately once the period needed for its purpose and any legally required retention period have passed.
Accessing your booking and using cookies
To access your booking, we send a six-digit verification code to your registered email address. The code is valid for five minutes and can be used once. After verification, you can remain signed in for up to two hours.
Essential cookies support authentication in the booking and administration screens and help protect forms against misuse. Displaying externally hosted videos or embedded content in our news pages also connects to the relevant provider.
If you use a shared device, please sign out when you have finished to help keep your information private.
Google Analytics and cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand visits to our public pages and booking entry screens and improve our website. Cookies and similar technologies are used to collect information such as viewed pages, device and browser information, and approximate location. This information is sent to and processed by Google.
We do not add your name, email address, phone number, inquiry text or booking reference to analytics data. CMS and reservation administration screens, individual booking pages and draft previews are excluded. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
You can limit cookie storage through your browser settings and disable Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on where supported. Essential cookies for authentication and fraud prevention are handled separately. Please see the following pages for Google’s data practices and the opt-out tool.
On your first visit, you can allow or decline analytics using the cookie notice. The Google tag is not loaded until you allow analytics. You can browse the site and make reservations without consenting. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled.
Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days and is shared between the Japanese and English pages. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. When you withdraw consent, analytics is disabled and this site’s GA4 cookies are removed. Essential cookies for sign-in, bookings and security remain available. If your browser cannot save preferences, you may be asked again on your next page visit.
